Is our futur&our education in the right hands?

I requested some information from Damelin and had a speedy response and was contacted and given all the info, every thing was done besides the payment. Once I made the payment I never heard any thing quick to try get our money but become mute once money is received. I paid my deposit on the 6th April 2013 I have had no feed no notification to say when my books will be ready and delivered to me. I have called and asked for the lady to call me back but she is out the office I have sent emails but no reply. Is this how it goes you get the info then you need to pay the money and then you left to wait with out being notified? I feel that 4 weeks is a bit long to wait for goods to be delivered especially if you receive no feed back beside the one to say well-done you have been registered.
