TARDY SERVICE FROM DAMELIN

Hi. I am a client that just does not have time for tardiness. I cannot afford to wait until Damelin is good and ready to answer my query. I signed up for a course with Damelin. After over 100 emails between me and Damelin, I finally signed up and arrangements were made for books to be picked up. I have since not received a letter from damelin confirming my registration. All i have is an email telling me what my student number is. The study pack received is short of books, and I let Damelin know last week Tuesday with a further 4 emails sent to them concerning. All they tell me is that its being sorted. No confirmation of what is being sorted and when i will receive them. Then my Damelin.me email account is incorrect as I cannot login. I sent 3 emails to Palesa who sent it to me, no response. No response too from Johanna Pillay who I complained to about everything including this email issue. I don't have the time or energy to be sending hundreds of emails to Damelin. I should be spending my time studying, not battling to get stuff out of them. I expect to get very clear and concise information based on what I requested. Very unprofessional for a college. Very disorganised
