Our sons second day of school, they left him in his swimming nappy after swimming the whole day so when we collected him in the afternoon, he was wet and covered in faeces. We were furious but they apologised profusely as they were "understaffed"
- We saw one of the teachers smoking and asked whether they smoke near the children as we have a big concern with our sons chest as he suffers from asthma. The teacher questioned proceeded to phone us and give us a peace of her mind and the headmaster supported this as I "insulted her personally".
- The school then reported that our son is an extreme introvert and cannot handle change so we had to stop his swimming and his music immediately. We chose to continue with the swimming but to take him ourselves in case it was the bus lift that was upsetting him. Our son then started swimming again and was extremely happy at swimming that the swimming teacher even commented that he is the child she met prior to him going to school.
