My daughter wanted to study at damelin but due to unforeseen circumstances i had to cancelled. I called in the first week in February 2013 and i was told that they will cancel the application. The end of Feb they deducted my first installment I call them again they said again they will stop the debit order. End of March 2013 another deduction was made same happen in April 2013.I called in and spoke to a gentleman with the name of Riyaad he told me that i must just forward all my details to him that was in May 2013 he also told me that it will take up to 8 weeks before they will pay out my money. It is now more than 8 weeks and still no refund. I spoke to a lady on 03 Sept 2013 with the name of Chantel Maharaj she told me that she don't know by when my money will be paid out to me. this is absolute disgusting that i have to wait so long for my own money. Damelin please get you act together.
