DAMELIN SHOULD BE VISITED AGAIN BY CARTE BLANCHE!!

I am so disquisted with Damelin, they are really a bunch of clowns, that should run a course on how to reply to their customers!!

I am waiting now almost a month for my refund which Damelin says, you have 14days to cancel your contract with them, which I have done, but there is ALWAYS stories.

They now say that you have to wait 4 weeks for a refund, WHY!!! It does not take me 4 weeks to refund a customer, if I did not deliver all the books on time, and If I did not obay the set date for the first debit order to go off, I would Refund my customer Immediatlely, as I already look like a po*pol!!!

You should really say in your ccontract that you will NOT obay the set date for debit orders, and you will NOT deliver your books on time, and also that the 14day cooling off period actually is a load of.

Please also train Donavon Chetty on how to reply to emails, as I do not think that he knows how, maybe enroll him in one of your so called clases.

I WANT MY MONEY THIS WEEK 22/03/2013!!!
