My name is ernest 2 Years back I registered with damelin, paid in all monthly payment is R11900.00.The course was of criminal justice, I got really sick my then doctor who just passed on wrote me a letter submitted it to damelin. I waited until damelin come back to me that we will give you back R6000.00, when I asked about how did they come up to the different they want to take, I have made enough research the charges of correspond and in class is different charges, I have been talking to their competitors who were really dismayed about the exorbitant money they want to take, it cost them R275 to deliver the books to tembisa, cost them R75 for a book 12 books and for the administration is R1850.00. So I am wondering why the charges of damelin go so much high, everybody is aware that you get charged a penalty but not being ripped off, and damelin is getting their books backs they never being used, can someone in management and be transparent and take the legitimate money that belongs to you and deposit the rest back to me, it is very disturbing to see the reputations of the co being dragged to the mut because of you junior managers who thinks they are impressing CEO/directors
