On Monday 25th of January 2013 I called in the builders warehouse store and asked to speak to the person at the carpet section. I informed him of the carpet type I wanted and colour and that I require a quotation for a room in my house. He took down all my details and told me he will come to give me a quote the next day I.e. Tuesday. He did inform me he would call prior to coming. My husband had also gone into the store the previous Friday met with the same guy who said the exact same thing. That he would come through on Tuesday but call beforehand. Today is Thursday and we still haven't received a call let alone the quotation. Extremely poor service.
