Damaged Goods and Poor Service on Replacement

At the end of December 2013 I ordered a leather carpet from the Coricraft warehouse as all the carpets at Fourways branch were dirty. I specified that the carpet had to be from the warehouse and not another branch as I wanted a clean one. It took four weeks and three follow up calls for the carpet to be delivered to the branch. I collected the carpet on 24 January and it took the staff about 20 minutes to wrap the carpet for me. When I unrolled the carpet at home it was absolutely filthy. I returned the carpet on Saturday 1 February. Kuda assured me he would collect a new carpet from another branch by Sunday and let me know when I could collect it. He was also going to check with his manager whether I could get a discount on the new carpet. I haven't heard from them since and I haven't got my money back either.
