Not responding to my emails nor fixing my flat

I'm staying in jasmine flats in Finlay street sasolburg. My wife phoned sueco numoures of time to fix the following: main Zink roof leaking if raining, gutters rusted and full of holes, main gate by security never working, intecom not working, light fittings falling out of the ceiling, window knibs broken, . I have e-mailed sueco and noting has been done with any of these problems.
