I logged a complaint about carpet installation to which an employee from builders warehouse northgate ext phoned to state that they would like to come view the installation and see the video and photo's i had to back up my claims.
I was told that i can decide what day they could come view. So i stated that they could come on the Sunday to which i was informed that it was father's day, then i said they could come on the Monday, to which i was told it was a public holiday.
I was told that they would contact me on Monday but guess what? No one did, no one has so is it any surprise that the contractors that they employ have the exact same attitude as the employee's from builders?
They dont care about you as the client/customer as like all businesses, just ignore you and hope you will go away quietly.
Side note: charging R 236, 00 for 2, 5 m curtain rail is when i can get the same at another hardware store for R 80 - can prove that too.
