I would like to commend Builders Warehouse Northgate for the excellent service I received on Saturday 11/05/2013. I bought a carpet 1 year 3 months ago. Because I was doing renovations I could not use it. When I finished renovating I wanted to roll it out but it was way too small for the table. I then took it back to Builders Warehouse Northgate with a receipt that had almost faded. Remember it was a year and 3 months ago, the receipt was bound to fade.
The lady that assisted me at the Returns Office (Mashudu, not sure about her name) did not give me any hassles, she just called the supervisor to override as the document had expired. The supervisor came and they gave me a voucher as I wanted to buy another carpet.
Well done Builders Warehouse Northgate the such an amazing service! Other Service Providers could learn a thing or two from you!
