Shocking treatment from Builders Warehouse Centurion. from the begining we have had bad service and will not recommend a builders warehouse to anyone. We contacted a few people to get a quote fro one of our rooms that needs a new carpet. Builders was R400 cheaper than all the other quotes, now we can see why, because you also pay for cheaper service. We arranged with builders on the 26 Feb to instal on 12 March as i have to specially arrange with my cleaning lady to come in. When she phoned me just before 3 today to notify me that they still have not arrived i then phoned the Cenurion branch and spoke to Hein at 3. He then said that he will phone me back in 5min and find out what the problem is. At 3:20 i still did not receive a phone call back, i phoned him, only to tell me sorry they are not installing today as the supplier had a job else where. The attitude i received from Hein is unacceptable. I am expecting a baby and have to get this room done, your supplier that you use however phoned me and arranged a date and time with me and apologised to me. This is just wrong as i dealt with Builders and pay builders, not your supplier so i expected a better service from builders.
