Mike promised to be on site. No show and no communication. When I called again I stressed the importance of having a leaking gutter repaired by Friday as we were having a function. He undertook to be on site on the Wednesday. Wednesday @16:00 no sign or word again. Mike then informed me that small jobs get pushed out if they get bigger jobs! Regardless of my Friday deadline he still had the audacity to commit to the Tuesday thereafter. Really! He then attempts to influence me by stating all the other providers will rip me off on price when quantum was never the issue but time. Totally unprofessional and I would caution anyone in considering this concern! I got Dave from Gutter Guys on the phone who committed for next day 12, were on time and charges a reasonable amount.
