After posting the initial complaint, which was that the work was shoddy and incomplete, I was accused by SA Gutter of being rude and threatening to their staff. This is untrue.
David, who I understand is the Managing Director, then called my husband to arrange to come. This was due to happen on Thursday or Friday last week. We waited for three days, and have heard nothing. Our gutters remain in a state of disrepair, since early October, and the rain is now causing damage to our property.
To add insult to injury, they now claim on this site to have dealt with the problem!
