Neighbour got this company Raizit to raise wall. Well the actual job was very untidily done, then they broke the gutter and decided to toss it into the next door neighbours garden, why I do not know. When the owner a lady by the name of Karen was called out to view the work done, her attitude was just "could'nt care", in fact her excuse was that the weather was bad that day. When i spoke to her about the gutter she, looked over the wall and said "oh there's the gutter lying", even after she agreed that the workmanship was "shoddy", there was absolutely no apology. They were asked to come back to repair which they did. Part of the wall was repaired and when the untidy bits were being repaired I overheard Karen telling the guy "moenie alles doen nie". They put the gutter "back" but because it was so hurriedly done the first breeze that came up that evening brought the gutter crashing down again, not to talk about the piece of wire left sticking in the slab and the bad "filling in of cracks".
The next thing I knew Karen was in her van and off she drove, still no apology or and acknowledgement that they were done. Extremely rude. And no response to messages sent to her...
