Gutters were installed in August 2012. I paid a deposit before installing and made full payment immediately after the installation. After the first rains, one part of the gutter, about 3 m at one end, came lose from where it has been fitted to the roof trusses. I have been requesting a repair to be done every week since then. The feedback is that the job is listed on their job sheet but without a date. Dawid Pretorius, the production manager, did not respond to an email on 29 Nov 2012 in which he was informed that I will be reporting this on this site.
