Gutters STILL leaking

In October 2012 we suffered hail damage to our roof and gutters. In January 2013 Gutter Boys replaced ALL the gutters around the house and outbuildings. We paid them the same day they finished with the installation. After the first rain, we noticed the corners of the gutters were leaking. They came out twice to repair one corner (with silicone). Since then we have experienced ALL the corners are leaking and sometimes overflowing. Despite numerous phone calls and promises to come and attend to the problem, they still haven't come back to look at the problem. I even asked how WE can repair the leaks OURSELVES!!!
