Bought furniture from Verifurn in Somerset West, making it very clear that we had guests arriving in two weeks time, and the furniture had to be delivered before that date. Was assured by Mariana that this would happen. Paid for the furniture in full, taking her at her word. Deadline came and went, furniture wasn't delivered. Have been bounced around from person to person at Verifurn, with one promise after another, none of which were honoured. Everyone simply blames everyone else. So disappointed. Would never use them again.
