I bought furniture, that was damaged during delivery. They said that they will replace but after 2 weeks, came up with a 100 stories, pushing me from one person to the next.. Promises and more promises, it is 6 weeks now and I am still waiting for the replacement. I reported the matter to management, who wasn't eager to help and referred me back to the sales person. I understand that these things happen and furniture will get damaged sometimes (this is not the issue) - but being treated with so little respect - unacceptable!! I will never buy there again and I will tell everybody I know.
