We have bought kitchen cupboards at builders over the last month and everytime we go there to collect we have to return the doors due to chip marks, we have replaced most of the doors once before and again when we collected it had the same marks, we have been fighting with the staff at the store for more than a month, today once again the drawer had bad chip marks and one door was too small - 27 doors have chip marks of which 15 is totally unacceptable, i have just spoken to Kabelo and aocording to him i have to - once again drive there and show them the marks to replace - once again, my time, my petrol and my airtime for their stupid mistakes, so now they expect us to once again take off all doors drive there and replace the doors at our time??? UNACCEPTABLE! The people that cut these boards are rude and has no clue of what customer service is all about!
