I bought furniture from Furniture City and paid cash. Delivery was arranged to come after 17h00 when I was back from work. This did not happen and the delivery was done the next day in the morning. Luckily my daughter was home. The next delivery of the outstanding furniture was to be made on Monday, 24 June. The delivery has not happened. When I call the delivery person, Brian 011 082 3500, there is no answer.
The service one is receiving is shocking. One makes arrangements to get deliveries at an agreed date and time but Furniture City and their delivery people ignore it. I am still waiting to have my furniture delivered. One thing for sure, I will never support Furniture City again. Service is disgusting.
