Problem with non-delivery of a damaged fridge that

Good day

i would like to complain about Electric Workshop, We bought a fridge at Electric express in 2012 and was given a 2 year warranty which still has not ended to this point. on the 28/02/2013 we called the store to inform them that the fridge had broken and were promised that it will be collected the next day which was not only to be collected on the 04/03/2013 and we were promised that it will be fixed and delivered 4 days later, it is now 3 weeks since the fridge was taken, the fridge was taken to Master care repairs and each time we call them their number 0113573099 it does not exist, at the store they also told us that they will speed up the process but nothing has been done up to this far, numerous calls and visits to the store have been made and no action taken
The job card number is XN063803 and the fridge was collected by Griffith and Oupa. its a KIC fridge white in colour
the main problem we have here is that we are suffering as the food we buy get spoiled and we not have to share a fridge with the neighbours which inconviniences them in a big way

can you please assist to atleast getting us the fridge back or get a replacement while they fix our fridge
