This is a man who so much he actually believes his own. He promises work of quality, with trusted resources, 5 to 7 hrs of project management daily and a tun key solution within a certain timeframe. He even pushes to buy the material as he claims he buys quality. Well what you get is:
low quality, resources from the street, project management when you lucky, delay equal to if not more than what time he originally promised and if this is turn key it means incomplete job with material missing.
He asks for a huge amount to buy the material, actually here you have already been ripped off and he will not disclose invoices as he claims he does bulk buying to give you the benefit. Through the job he will refer to this as his material and he really believes this which is why he helps himself to this as he pleases.
He will damage stuff like break the lid of the cistern of your new toilet, mix concrete/plaster on your brick paving, bump your gate etc. and not bother to fix.
He never has money to pay his workers and expects 99% of the money for job while only 60% complete. If you do not pay him he threatens that his workers will break in to your premise
