My partner and I went into Obeco to purchase a kitchen tap, my first experience in the store since being in Namibia.
We wondered around for a few minutes, which was good, cos we were not overpowered by shop assistants. Then we were asked by a very polite lady if we have been assisted or if she could assist us, we said yes, she introduced herself as Martha and proceeded to show us all the kitchen taps available. She was so good that she managed to direct us with a conclusive choice, she informed us she will check if she has any in stock and within a few minutes informed us of the availability.
She told us she will give us a few minutes to make a decision, which did not take long, she guided us to the purchase process and within 30 minutes we were two very happy customers that left the store. I was amazed as the reception, cleanliness and exceptional customer service that met us, something very hard to experience in Namibia. Thank you Martha we will be back and refer our friends to you.
