I visited the store on Monday 01/07/2013 cause my girlfriend and i wanted to order the 3 for 2 special only to be told the can not serve me cause there were no large box's for my order so i sent a complaint to there head office . the operations manager called me & stated that i can go in to the store and collect a large pizza for the inconvenience but it must be with in 7 days. Today i go in to collect the large pizza and im told that the operations manager said he has to check with the owner 1ST Cos the werent happy with the case and that they cant get a hold of the owner so i must wait . der i am looking like an coz they made a promise they cant keep . so i pay for my order and i was told that it will be 15 minutes . 30 minutes after i order the lady come up to me and says sorry we cant give u ur banana melts coz the chocolates melted all the way trough when i asked to see it she refused 2 minutes before that i saw a cashier send a kitchen staff to get bananas coz they were out of stock . i have neva had a good experience and this scooters and i am yet to see somebody do something abt it . this is the most disgusting service i have ever seen or experienced in my life.
