Eventually 20 minutes when I get my order, Rebeca gives me my order and right in front on me she whispers to her colleague, "Is that customer that he waited 20 minutes and he only waited 5 minutes". I ask her if she calls me a, and she still repeats to my face that I waited 5 minutes and that I'm lying. I ask to see a Manager, Martha now comes and I show her the slip that shows her the time I places an order and the time I received order and it confirms I waited 22 minutes after I ordered and still ten minutes before because they are slow. Martha calls herself a manager but still does not give herself time to call me back and tell what took long.""
Today still no response from KFC and branch still the Pooorest Drive Through Service in the Wolrd. No wonder Wonderboom branch never improves because the customer complaint service center does not even notice complains.
