On the 25th of May I wanted to purchase taps where a black gentlemen explained we can t buy it before we have not seen Plumblink before because we had to purchase adaptors before buying taps, he went on serviing another customer, we decided to purchase the taps and get the adaptors later, we asked Thembi to assist, standing at the till, doing nothing, not trying to approach the customer. We showed her the taps we wanted to purchase for about R1000. After a few minutes we wanted to see where Thembi was, only to find her, helping another client, left us there to wait for her, not even tried to get the stock. Is that the way to treat your customer???
