Poor Service and Atttide

14:10 I go on drive through, I wait almost 10 minutes before I order, I order and wait 20 minutes before I receive my order. Ten minues after I ordered I decide to call the number on till slip to find out how come we waiting so long, Martha answers and says that she doesn't know because she just got on her shift and she will see and let me know. Five minutes later I call again to ask if Martha knew what's taking long and I leave my number because Tshepiso answered. Eventually 20 minutes when I get my order, Rebeca gives me my order and right in front on me she whispers to her colleague, "Is that customer that he waited 20 minutes and he only waited 5 minutes". I ask her if she calls me a, and she still repeats to my face that I waited 5 minutes and that I'm lying. I ask to see a Manager, Martha now comes and I show her the slip that shows her the time I places an order and the time I received order and it confirms I waited 22 minutes after I ordered and still ten minutes before because they are slow. Martha calls herself a manager but still does not give herself time to call me back and tell what took long. Is this the standard KFC aims to serve us?
