Last night me and my husband felt like spoiling ourselves with a nice three course meal. We were both craving Mike's poppers and a juicy steak! Unfortunately we only got served drinks and starters (not even the starters we wanted)! We arrived at the establishment just after 18:00, the restaurant was half full and I could not understand why there was nobody to greet us or show us to a table, (other customers turned around and left, wish we did) after 20 minutes of being tossed around, I went in search of the manager, who showed us to a table. We waited another 5 minutes for it to be cleaned, they didn't have menus, so another 15minutes passed. 30 minutes after ordering we were informed that they do not have poppers in stock, so we changed our order... I want to emphasise the restaurant wasn't full and we left at 20:40, only seeing our waiter 4times in the evening and only being served starters and one round of drinks! The manager never once came to our table to ask us if we were happy. This is ridiculous! Dining out is not cheap and it should be a nice experience! Mike's you served us a bad date night, with cold food (not even the food we wanted) and we had to wait more than 2 hours!
