I am utterly disgusted with the continuous bad service at House & Home Welkom. For the past two years I have not once had a pleasant experience at this store. From ordering and not receiving products to not receiving any service in store and walking out since no one wants to assist.
Today I called to determine if they had stock of the Electrolux 7-in-1 carpet shampooer. I was informed that they do have stock and that I can come in to purchase one. Upon arriving at the store we waited 10 minutes before we could find someone to assist. Then we were told that they do not have stock.
Once again my time and money has been wasted.
It is time that someone attends to the problems at this specific store as many people are complaining.
This was the last time that I attempted to purchase anything from a House & Home store.
