I was approached inside the Builder's Warehouse by a gentleman who offered a round magnet with contact details for 1callasap. No problem there. Then he told me if i filled in all my details someone would contact me on Monday morning, still no problem. I was contacted and assured a contractor would call me during the day. It is now Thursday and i am still waiting for someone to call me. I received a courtesy email on Tuesday asking if i had been contacted and said i hadnt yet. They then called me and said the contractor had been trying all day. But there was no missed calls. Strange how 1callasap got through first time? She then told me to stay close to my phone as she would tell the contractor i am by my phone and he can call. I guess they just arent interested in work? Mind baffling!! will never use this company again. As a first time customer that was impressed by the idea i am now disgusted and will make sure no one i know gets caught in this rubbish!! Waste of time!!!
