Poor Service & Damage to property

January 7th - Kwikot plumber steps on and cracks our ceiling while replacing geyser under warranty! (Prior to this a paint job would have sufficed)
January 8th - Call Kwikot to notify them of damage, the Supervisor advises they will send someone out to assess!
A week later - no contact - no assessment - so I call again, Supervisor again says he will get someone to contact me - finally contact made...
Thursday 17th - contractor comes to assess damage
Friday 1st February - No contact from either Kwikot or contractor. I call contractor who says they are waiting to hear from Kwikot - I call Supervisor at Kwikot who says he's waiting for contractor's report, once again he says he will get back to me!
Receive sms from guy working for the contractors who assessed saying it's been approved they will be in touch to arrange a time to repair... still waiting
February 8th - 10h40 Call Kwikot AGAIN, bypass Supervisor and speak to Manager who assures me he will get back to me within an hour...
It is now 12h55 - 2 hours later and still no feedback... why am I not surprised!!!
