I report a leaking geyser on Wed 24/4/13 with ABSA home insurance, service were excellent and they dedication the work to a Pisces plumbing in Potchefstroom. Thursday the came to install a new geyser, as they don't have a solar geyser in stock they could not do the work. Danie of Pisces ensured me that the plumber will close and bypass the leaking geyser as it is a twin geyser system. On Sun I heard water dripping and leaking through the ceiling. I got into the roof, found that nothing was bypassed or closed. I closed the valve to stop any further damages. Try to contact the Pisces but to no avail. Monday I contact them and they told me that they can only replace it on Thursday 2/5/13. Danie would get back to me on a better suggestion as this was not acceptable at all, I had to call 3 times before speaking to his manager (Fatima). She told me that they will try and get a geyser and install it on Tuesday (not guaranteed). This wasn't very comforting and I contacted ABSA again. I spoke to Linda Nkozi and he told me he can't assign any other contractor to the job as Pisces were the only plumbing contractor to work in my area.. That clearly explain the poor service offered.
