On the 22nd of August I called BW. I enquired about an infrared bulb and asked if they had stock and also pricing, I cannot recall whom I spoke to over the telephone. The guy gave me the price and also confirmed stock. Two hours later I arrived at BW and asked for the infrared bulb, first off there was no service, the Ellies lady had to help me, then she took me to a guy packing shelves, he said he will check the store room and also the system. He checked and confirmed no stock. On the morning of the 23rd I called Electrical again, the guy whom answered the phone was David, I asked him for the bulb, he also gave me pricing and I asked him do they have stock as yesterday they confirmed they didn't have stock. "He told me that sometime the system " his exact words. I must say usually if there is a system in place it should work and also I doubt that a system would lie! I rushed there because my reptiles need this bulb, they need the heat, I made it to builders at 5pm, all other shops closed at 5pm. It was a waste of my time and it was useless service from your electrical dept. I suggest you re -train your staff on system, customer service and to be honest at least.
