I needed a waterproofing job to be be done at my house. i called 1callasap for assistance in this. I was then contacted by Drain rats who ensured me that they do waterproofing. A so called specialist in the field of waterproofing contacted me and i told him in detail what i needed to be done. We agreed on a time and i had to leave work early to accommodate him. When he arrived at my house he then just made an assessment inside my house and never even when on the roof. He informed me that he wlll send the quote the following day. I was then told by him that i will receive a quote the next day. When i didnt receive the email the following day as agreed upon i called him but he didnt answer his phone. I then text him and he just told me 'sorry they dont do waterproofing' I was furious because i lost 2 hours of work and after explaining to him over the phone what i needed him to do knowhere he indicated that his company does not do waterproofing. I then immediately called Drain rats and told then about the situation. I was then informed that they will look into it and get back to me. Its now 2 weeks later and i still didnt receive any feedback from them. Totally not on...
