I enquired through 1callAsap for quotes for renovating my house. 3 Contractor were sent and i eventually choose one. My problem was with the quality of work and service delivery that was presented. The amount of money i had to spend for rework. I thought that i was going through and established agency (Builders wharehouse) and i thought i could have peace of mind. But i was wrong. I also used a second contractor whilst the house was getting renovated, i wanted to do my kitchen cupboard and another surprise the second contractor was just as bad. He took 3 months to get some cupboards installed after which i had to tell him not to come back. I had to complete the work by myself. I feel that 1callAsap did not do enough to intervene and as-they were well aware of the situation. I don't think that this is a coincident were two contractor's from the same agency provided terrible and below par service. I will never used this agency again and i will let people know of their service. This was so frastrating and when you explain your frastration all you get is a "ok we will see what we can do" and then nothing got done.
