The builder opened my roof just before a rainy weekend then told me he doesn't have money to buy a materials. Shortly afterward he decided to close shop for holiday and not continue work. He left my property in a mess and house and car was at risk of break-in.
I was forced to hire the same guys who worked for Magnate to secure the my house and the company owner (Kelvin) ran off with my money and Dial a contractor continues to do business with the Kelvin and the Magnate construction company.
I spend an extra R20 000 and my place is still far from complete.
