I bought a 6 piece bath set & a polycop while it was still on special that ended on the 12th of July, it was out of stock at that time but they promised that it will arrive in less than 2 weeks time, its almost a month now it has not arrived nobody has bothered to notify me of the status. I called last week & I was told that the bath broke my question is why my bath not somebody else's & I asked why was I not told about this? Rookshan told me its her fault she was supposed to call me then she promised me that tuesday~yesterday the stock will be delivered & she will contact me & guess what she never did when I called today she told me that the truck broke who knows what will break tomorrow what irritate me more is that she cut the call while I was still talking a minute late when I called again I was told she's gone home I then asked for her supervisor they put me through to another indian lady which was very rude she was not even interested in helping me she didn't even want to listen to me, I was very much hurt & dissappointed the why I was treated especially as a customer. I'm giving them until friday if nothing happens I'm taking this matter to a higher level.
