However your driver/whomever did the delivery has a rubbish attitude. My mom was at home to take delivery of the exchange. Since I cannot move the bath in and out the house everyday for the delivery, the bath was left otuside yesterday. Since it rains every day, it was wet, even though we had tried to cover it. Your driver proceeded to interrogate an old lady who then called me upset.
1. Why did we leave it outside?
2. Do you think another person will buy this wet bath now?
3. Would you buy a bath thats like this?
My answers to him.
1. It was outside because we had to wait a week over a week for you to pick it up!
2. YOU JUST EXCHANGED A WET BATH FOR ANOTHER WET ONE!!!

I dont have the time or patience for this type of attitude! Your bath was not damaged, it was wet from last night, like the replacement he just delivered! Furthermore there is no space in my house to store a bath. Please teach your staff manners. Either way, Ater spending around 75k, I'll probably not use CTM again
