Bought materials for bathroom renovation. Had incorrect bath delivered, called branch and spoke to lady. I provided my document nbr and told her the issue which she fully understood. That was 4 days ago. Nobody has called, nobody has come to collect the bath.. So now I will need to take time today and drive down to sort this out...
