Terrible service, lack of communication

I found a bath i like for sale at On Tap and requested a quote for the bath as well as the rest of the fittings for the bathroom and placed my order last Wednesday.
The order was supposed to be delivered yesterday (Monday the 15th.)
It didn't arrive because a salesperson copied the address wrong and the driver couldn't find it.
Could he not have called the office to confirm??
This morning the goods are delivered but my builder notifies me that there is no bath.
I phone On Tap to speak to Peter and he tells me "he's trying to find out what's happened" and he'll call me back.
He doesn't phone me back, so during the course of today i tried several times to call him. Each time he's busy and I'm told he'll call me back.
Now at 15:00 i receive an E-MAIL stating that after receiving my payment last week he realised that there is no stock of the bath but didn't tell me because he was trying to arrange something!
Not only did he fail to communicate the problem last week, as he should have, he was lying to me this morning when he said he was trying to find out "what had happened"!!
The bath now has to be ordered from Germany and will take 6 WEEKS to get here!
I am so upset!
