RUDE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO FEEDBACK

Hello Peter,

I am a regular customer at WHITEHOUSE BED, BATH & MORE dating from year 2009 and I took my colleagues with for shopping our our lunch break On the 5th of April 2013. The Supervisor, Sotho or Tswana speaking started making comments LOUDLY, BLACK PEOPLE! I DONT KNOW WHY THEY! SIES! and it did not ring a bell that she was referring to us. We continued with our shopping until SHE GRABED my colleague by hand DEMANDING TO SEE what was underneath her arm, and she discovered it was her own purse and she SHOUTED that the PROBLEM was ME. I came and TOOK the SHEET and PLACED It in a SHELF WHERE IT DOES NOT BELONG. I asked her, HOW WAS THAT LINKED TO? She SAID MANY THINGS and that IT IS HOW THEY WERE "TRAINED". I called their CAPETOWN HEAD OFFICE to complain and they REFERED ME to the WOODMEAD Branch STORE OWNER who PROMISED to DEAL with it but NEVER RETURNED to me until TODAY and TOLD ME HE will deal with it INTERNALLY while I requested that HE MUST CALL US, AND LET THE LADY APOLOGISE TO US but he TOLD me he DOES NOT DO SHOW OFF. He was PROTECTIVE OF THE LADY'S ATTITUDE and he must have TRAINED her that WAY and he SAW NOTHING WRONG BY HER BEHAVIOUR.
