Bad Service & Attitude from CTM Manager in PMB!

I bought tiles and a bath from CTM - Pietermaritzburg. I collected the items on Sun 7 April 2013. During the collection of the items, I believe the CTM employee might have damaged the bath. I say this because I saw the bath falling onto the tiles after he offloaded the tiles and bath from his forklift. When I asked him to check if there were any damages, he quickly said all is fine. I found out that the bath had a chipped hole when the plumber was ready to install. Unfortunately the plumber had drilled holes for the taps on the bath before inspecting. Once the plumber let me know of the hole, I remembered that I saw the bath fall on the tiles at CTM. I took the bath back to CTM and ohh boy, what bad attitude I experienced from their Store Manager - VICTOR. He was very rude. The minute I showed him the damaged bath, he wasn't even interested in helping except to tell me I must claim from the plumber since he drilled the holes on the bath. He called the packer guy who denied the bath had fallen on the tiles. I asked for surveillance camera footage but he said he'll check tomorrow. But he said I must forget about getting a new bath. Can someone advice on this situation?
