Bought a queen bed from Abosulate Beds just over a year ago, then the bed started to sink. I called the store and they said the manufacturer will contact me. I had to pay another amount to get the bed swopped even though the manufacturer admitted there was a factory fault with the bed. Now the new bed is giving us problems again. Their assessor came out and refuses to acknowledge the problem with the bed. I even sent my own pictures to the factory and they still refuse to assist. They do not want to come out when it is convenient for me. I am a paying customer, they should do things at my conveniance. I find the service absolutely disgusting. I paid a lot for the bed the first time and then had to pay again and then to receive service like this and then to have a very uncomfortable bed to sleep on every night is not on.
