I've taken out a 7inch tablet from cellc last year October. it started giving me problems so last month i decided to book it into repairs. they took 3 weeks before feedback and notified me that my device had a factory default and they were replacing it. i went to the store but they issued me with a refurbished device which gets stuck and no box or accessories and i cant even use my previous tablets accessories because the make they have given me is totally different. they refuse to compensate me for the pouch i purchased for my old tablet since the new one does not fit in it. i would like a new tablet since I'm paying faithfully for a new one i don't understand how a factory default results in me receiving a refurbished tablet with no box or screen saver. i laid a complaint with the customer service department and they were of no help they insist i rebook the tablet in and wait again for their pathetic service. they are still debiting my account for a device I'm not even getting to use because there is so much problems with.
