I bought a GHD styler on 1/09/2012. On 13/05/2013 (only 8 months after purchase!), the GHD stopped working and I sent it back to GHD. They replace the styler with a brand new one, which I received on 21/05/2013. Again, and according to GHD self, the styler had a "factory fault" and I had to send it back to them again, (only 3 months after receipt!). I requested them for a full refund and in the amount of R2380.00 They ignored my request totally, did not contact me and considered the refund, only sent me a new styler again. I am I am not happy with the product! GHD is suppose to be the best product in its range and I spent a lot of money on the styler, but are very disappointed to have had two stylers now wit factory faults. This is my third styler in a year! Also, the new GHD slyer will NOT receive an extended guarantee and will continue from the original date of purchase. So, if the styler they sent me now also has a factory fault, they will not replace or refund me?! So I threw R2380.00 in the water! I am totally not happy with GHD and I demand a refund from GHD! Please help me for GHD is not well on communications.
