Poor after sales service to replace a bed

I bought two beds from The Bed Shop factory in Krugersdorp. One bed just sank in the middle at the end of 2012 while still under guarantee. I've reported it during July 2013 to Charl at the factory, who informed me to bring the bed in, I then spoke to Charl at the bed shop @ President, Krugersdorp, who promised to assist me. I eventually got an assessor during August 2013 to inspect the bed. He informed me that it is a fabric fault and the bed needs to be replaced.
Since then I have visited Charl at The Bed Shop regularly and called him at least once a week- to no avail. Lots of promises but NO reaction!! Im still waiting for his promised call!!! Can it take 3 THREE months after the assessor inspect the bed to replace the bed??
And Tuesday Charl informed me the factory are very busy with christmas season stock... Is this possible for a big factory like The Bed Shop to have such POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE TO REPLACE ONE BED???
