First of all the minute we walk in the staff walked in front me, that i had to stop and wait for them to pass, surely at the entrance you should let your cutomers have right of way. I go to the paint section and as a woman i'm not exactly clued up, after deciding for myself whats best i carried a 20lt bucket of paint to my trolly only to have my mom help me lift it. Then on to the taps and after at least 15 - 20 mins of trying to find the right tap that i need at the best price, i finally found one. Along trying to find someone to assist me to get the tap i want, for about 5 min, finally going to customer service to get someone, they dont have stock, not trying to help to find another tap. I ask about the plumbing for a sink that i bought the previous week, which they should have checked if i had, they dont have stock of the plumbing I need. At that point i went to the que for the paint and on my way out its pouring with rain and not one car guard would help two woman pick up 20lt of paint and put it in the car in the pour rain while they stand under an umberlla. Not impressed at all and will from now be shopping else where
