Boksburg: Why do I bother?

Shopping at WalMart USA is great, shopping at WalMart South Africa is NOT, and I would appreciate if you shape up!

All I wanted is to buy 2 x 20l Dulux Weatherguard Marbella (on special). But as it is a popular color, of course no stock. Went to the paint section and asked for a rain check. And then, the 'efficiency' started. First, the staff could not check his computer, for some reason. Then, another staff one got involved at the info desk. AFTER 10 MINUTES, NO RAIN CHECK IN SIGHT, ANYWHERE!

I was then told that Edenvale has stock, I could not care less, your staff obviously does not drive a car or has not 'noticed' the numbers on the petrol pumps?

I then asked AGAIN for a rain check, adding that Builders Warehouse is a WalMart company and I would appreciate some service.

Then, staff # 3 got involved (his name tag said 'management'), I told him I wanted a rain check NOW. He rather gave me attitude (saying he just got involved NOW, like me cares?). Told him not to bother, it would be easier to lodge a complaints on the internet.

Have your staff been trained? I now have to drive BACK to your store AGAIN, at my expense, of course. Personally? You offer service!
