Jack's Paint fixed Builders Warehouse fault

We went to Builders Warehouse Centurion to buy beige paint. We selected Plascon 'warm beige' hue and the people in the paint section mixed it for us. The salesman told us to paint a small block on the wall to see if we are happy with the paint and if it wasn't exactly what we wanted we should come back and he would help get the colour we want. R600 for the paint.

When we painted the block on the wall, it didn't look very beige, but rather light grey instead. The sticker on the paint can also read "warm inside" instead of "warm beige". We wanted to just add some yellow pigment to the can of paint we had already bought to try and salvage it. We returned to BW the next day. The salesman from the previous day was not there and the present people appeared either not to understand or pretend not to understand what we needed and accepted no responsibility for the fact that we had been sold a colour we could not use. We explained that we would not hold them responsible if adding some yellow pigment would not work and we would be willing to pay for pigment and their time spent. No assistance. We went to Jack's Paint who helped us in a flash and we have exactly the colour we need! Thanks!
